We are looking for a result-driven Sourcing Manager with strong expertise in luxury/premium real estate across Bandra West Khar and Santacruz. This role is primarily focused on channel partner management and sourcing with clear ownership of broker network activation and high-value deal closures (7 Cr ticket size).
The ideal candidate must have a strong on-ground presence deep understanding of key micro-markets and proven experience in driving pipeline and closures in premium segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive channel partner management and activation building a strong and active broker network.
Source premium/luxury projects redevelopment and JV opportunities in Bandra West and nearby micro-markets.
Own and deliver high-value deal closures (7 Cr) through effective sourcing and relationship management.
Create and maintain a strong active pipeline of opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets including sourcing closures and new channel partner onboarding.
Conduct site visits feasibility analysis and market research for identified opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (legal finance technical) for deal evaluation and closure.
Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and agreements aligned with business objectives.
Track market trends pricing and competitor activity in luxury real estate.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sourcing/business development with a developer lobby.
Proven track record of handling and closing 7 Cr ticket size deals.
Strong channel partner and broker network in Bandra West Khar Santacruz and nearby premium pockets.
Mandatory on-ground experience in key micro-markets with strong local dealing exposure.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and professional personality suited for luxury segment dealings.
Strong focus on target achievement pipeline building and deal closures.
