负责拓展和管理B2B业务的合作渠道
通过多种资源链接方式直客转介绍展会等寻找有B2B客户资源的合作方
通过有效的商务谈判与渠道建立合作关系并通过把控双方合作的价值点培养和挖掘渠道推荐客户的习惯和意识达成长期有效的合作模式从而达成自己的业务目标
与渠道持续加强信任关系通过高频沟通和组织培训让渠道理解我司需要的客户画像并能介绍我司产品的优势价值点从而推动渠道更精准地推荐目标客户
有风险管理意识能对渠道合作过程中可能发生的风险有概念并有防范意识
任职要求
本科及以上学历2年以上B类业务渠道拓展经验有跨境支付SAASERP银行财税类渠道管理经验者优先
有很强的学习能力能够快速学习公司产品理解业务相关的行业知识
具备出色的沟通和表达能力能独立完成和渠道的商务谈判并维系好渠道日常合作关系
结果导向具备强烈的自我驱动力和抗压能力有良好的逻辑思考和归纳总结习惯有根据自身业务目标拆分渠道目标和过程管理指标的经验
具备风险意识能了解跨境支付上的常见风险能预判渠道合作上容易发生的问题在管理渠道的同时有识别潜在问题的敏感度
