POLYWOOD is looking for a Commodity Manager Plastics / Resins who thrives on building strong supplier partnerships making smart sourcing decisions and ensuring the right materials are in place to keep our operations running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who understands how materials cost and performance intersectand enjoys working cross-functionally to support production quality and innovation.

What Youll Do:

Manage sourcing activities across resins colorants and plastic-related materials
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with supplier partners
Support pricing strategies contract discussions and cost improvement initiatives
Partner with operations to support just-in-time delivery and efficient inventory flow
Monitor market trends and provide insights to guide sourcing decisions
Assist in sourcing new materials tied to product innovation and process improvements
Ensure materials meet performance quality and production requirements

What You Bring:

38 years of experience in plastics resins or chemical procurement
Experience working with resin suppliers colorants or related materials
Exposure to cost analysis pricing and supplier negotiations

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
