Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Using SAP Order Management System to process new orders and order changes.
- Assist in projects process standardization Continuous Process Improvement as well as process automation (using tools like AI RPA).
- Understand order pricing logic and apply initial pricing issue analysis.
- Assist in resolving order pricing issue.
- Manage Customer business partner records and other customer parametric setups.
- Assist in timely resolution to facilitate order shipment.
- Identify order data issues perform preliminary investigation and escalate to higher management and IT for further troubleshooting and resolution.
- Reporting as needed to confirm proper execution of Order Management processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder. Fresh Graduates welcome.
- Strong experience in using Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced in Order Management modules in SAP
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook SharePoint Teams and Word
- Open to working with AI technology.
Able to:
- quickly learn to accurately execute order entry and order change processes adhering to standard operating procedure
- write clear polite communications via email
- communicate verbally in a diplomatic manner
- multi-task on daily operational responsibilities as well as project related work in a deadline driven environment
- work in a face paced dynamic and team environment
