Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Scope

Influence Product Service Life Cycle (SLC) to give features that will optimize KLAs service business: retrofit calibrations/diagnostics Cost of Service reliability PM optimization Intellectual Property (IP) protection.
Build solid expertise in overall system operation system integration and system calibrations/diagnostics.
Able to step into beta and sustain products critical customer issues analyze data from various sources and work with Software and Platform Engineering to provide a detailed plan of action (POA).
Demonstrate learnings and knowledge across the Product Support Organization through training classes individual coaching documents and updating other knowledge bring together tools.
Hands-on work for integration of Alpha/Beta systems/retrofits including performing serviceability validation.
Passionate about traveling! Required onsite support during beta testing and critical issue support installations/upgrades.
Support service alert meetings and POA development. Bring together and document BKM and other improvements into knowledge databases or systems.
Perform detailed analysis to resolve a wide range of issues in creative as well as practical ways to drive standardization.
Passionate about applying AI/ML technologies to solve realworld engineering problems with handson experience and strong interest in contributing to AIdriven projects.
Ability to travel domestic & foreign up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Capital Equipment experience in KLA Instruments or similar Semiconductor Industry
• Fluent understanding these tools: Python Power Bi SQL Server Excel
• Mechatronics background

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Masters Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.
• Looking for highly motivated individual with hands-on experience designing building documenting and/or solving problems with electro/mechanical assemblies.
• Solid mechanical engineering fundamentals including design principles machine elements materials fabrication methods.
• Results-oriented and driven to excel.
• Strong analytic data analysis skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficient in multidisciplinary multicultural teams and to take a leadership role when needed.
