Job Summary
The primary mandate will be to facilitate the adoption and application of Scrum in order to help the team deliver value continuously and effectively supporting two teams within Identity and Access Management.
The main mission is to:
- Serve the team the Product Owner and the organization as a servant leader;
- Ensure that Scrum is understood and applied correctly;
- Create an environment conducive to high performance self-organization and continuous improvement. With regard to the Scrum Team: Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review Sprint Retrospective. Help the team to: Self-organize continuously improve and identify and remove impediments.

- Clear Communication: Adapting ones message to different audiences (team managers organization).
- Facilitation: Effectively leading workshops and Scrum events.

- Emotional Intelligence: Creating a climate of trust and psychological safety.
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Training in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban Lean).
