Inviting applications for the role of Marketing Automation- Manager English Remote RO
We are seeking a Senior Marketo Specialist to serve as the technical owner of Adobe Marketo Engage within a large regulated enterprise environment. This role is focused on platform architecture governance data integrity integrations and operating model design rather than day-to-day campaign execution. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on Marketo expertise a strong systems mindset and experience building scalable compliant marketing automation operations across multiple teams and regions.
Responsibilities
Marketo Platform Architecture & Governance
o Own the technical administration and governance of Adobe Marketo Engage including:
o Workspaces and partitions strategy
o User roles permissions and access controls
o Standardized program frameworks for repeatable use
o Establish and enforce platform governance standards to ensure Audit readiness and compliance
Data Management Quality & Lifecycle Operations
o Define and govern Marketo data models and field schemas in alignment with CRM and CDP.
o Lead data quality initiatives including:
o Data normalization (country/state job function titles)
o Deduplication logic and merge rules
o Enrichment and validation processes
o Monitor and troubleshoot data flow issues including sync delays field mismatches and submission anomalies.
CRM CDP & System Integrations
o Own the MarketoCRM integration ensuring reliable and compliant data flow across:
o Leads Contacts Accounts and Campaigns
o Member statuses and lifecycle progression
o Support identity resolution and profile enrichment use cases
o Ensure consistent governance of attributes and event data
o Manage and monitor API-based integrations including: Establish monitoring and alerting processes for integration health and failures.
Operational Processes SOPs & Enablement Design and implement marketing automation operating processes
o Develop and maintain SOPs playbooks and technical documentation covering Marketo
o Platform usage standards
o Data governance and compliance requirements
o Troubleshooting and incident response
o Run enablement sessions office hours and technical training for marketers analysts and adjacent teams.
Compliance Risk & Audit Readiness Ensure Marketo configurations and data handling align with: Enterprise security standards
o Consent management and preference handling.
o Regulatory and audit requirements
o Partner with legal security and compliance teams during audits and reviews.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage including platform administration and technical configuration.
Minimum years overall experience in marketing automation MarTech operations or marketing systems.
Strong expertise in:
Marketo architecture and data models
Field schemas normalization and deduplication
Tokens snippets and scalable asset design
Solid experience with Salesforce CRM integrations and lifecycle operations.
Experience working with or integrating Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
Proven ability to define and operationalize processes governance models and SOPs.
Comfortable working in regulated enterprise environments with formal approvals and audits.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Marketo Certified Expert (MCE).
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or other enterprise CDPs.
Exposure to global multi-region Marketo instances.
Background in MarTech Center of Excellence (CoE) models.
Familiarity with attribution frameworks and downstream analytics enablement
