IFF Health & Biosciences (H&B) is a global leader in Dairy and Beverage Biosciences with products and solutions used in over 90 countries. Our expertise in cultures enzymes and bioscience solutions supports the production of cheese yogurt and a wide range of dairy and beverage products worldwide.
We are now looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our Dairy Biosciences team. This role combines strong technical expertise with customer-focused commercial execution in a dynamic and growing industry.

Where Youll Make a Difference

Develop and grow Dairy Biosciences business within the fresh fermented and cheese segments in Ireland
Build trusted long-term partnerships with key dairy customers and prospective accounts
Act as the first-choice technical and commercial partner for cultures and dairy enzyme solutions
Drive customer projects by delivering tailored technical and commercial recommendations
Identify new market trends and business opportunities and convert them into sustainable growth
Manage opportunities and pipelines accurately within
Represent IFF at industry conferences trade shows and customer events
Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D Applications Product Management Marketing Operations)
Execute sales strategies aligned with H&B and Dairy Biosciences Business Unit objectives

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelors degree in Food Science Biotechnology Engineering or a related field (business degree a plus)
Solid hands-on experience in dairy technology especially fresh fermented products and cheese
Strong understanding of dairy cultures and enzymes (considered a significant advantage)
Proven ability to manage projects and take full ownership of new business opportunities
Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams
Fluency in English and a valid category B driving license
Willingness to travel regularly for customer and internal engagements
