Job Summary

1) Job Purpose

Design development of New Systems/ Updation of existing systems

4) Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Supporting Actions
Product Development / Modification / Upgradation	Product Design Prototyping Sampling Testing Product Manuals Training content for each product Product Benchmarking to Competition and keeping the product always offering updated & relevant
Process Control	All product application notes Technical Bulletins Product Technical Archives Hardware specification Sheets Change Order Management & Transition Plans for all new and existing products
CPQ Tools	Integration of all new developments into CPQ Tools Including update /upkeep / Error resolution- Ensure accuracy of output To lead the initiative with IT / Digital Teams for development & integration including machine integration As Is to Be Process flow/ Logic flow Design & Wireframe finalization Sign-off for development Development UAT Go-live
Technical overview & Quality Check	Establish Document Control & Process for Warranty Issuance Review Installed product quality checks are done with compliance and risk assessment of any outstanding snags
Training	Ensure All benchmark training is done at Factories & Projects for Each project
R&D Lab set-up	Set up of R&D lab and Testing Facilities at Desired Location
Technical Lead for Set-Up of Fabrication Plants	Finalize Suggested Layout Ensure machine / tools / tackles infrastructure in place Establish process control systems for production and quality Training Technical Staff at Factory
