You will build trusted relationships with hospitals cancer centres clinicians and healthcare networks. These responsibilities include some of the following:- Lead and manage strategic account relationships with hospitals cancer centres oncologists hematologists and healthcare networks.- Create and deliver tailored account plans that align to national strategy and local healthcare needs.- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and build long-term trust-based partnerships.- Work across functions to design solutions that improve patient pathways and access to care.- Use field insights to shape internal strategy and support continuous improvement.- Ensure all activities are ethical compliant and focused on delivering measurable patient YouWe are looking for a confident collaborative leader who cares about patients and can influence across teams and organisations. You will have a commercial mindset and strong stakeholder skills. This role is on-site in India with occasional travel to customer locations and internal meetings. Please read the qualification sections QualificationWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:- Graduate degree in Science or Pharmacy.- Minimum 8 years experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.- Proven track record in key account management or strategic customer partnership roles.- Practical knowledge of the Indian oncology and/or hematology landscape.- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in a local language is an advantage.- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct QualificationIf you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:- MBA or advanced life sciences qualification.- 35 years specific experience in oncology and/or hematology account leadership.- Experience with market access hospital contracting or health system engagement.- Comfort using digital tools and data to drive decisions and measure impact.- Strong analytical and commercial planning skills.- Experience mentoring or leading teams formally or we offerYou will join an ambitious mission-driven team focused on improving patient outcomes.
