Electrical Leading Hand Switchboards Bibra Lake $60/hr Casual

Opportunity: Join a well-established switchboard manufacturer in a hands-on Leading Hand role. This is a workshop-based position where youll lead a small team while remaining actively involved in building wiring and testing switchboards. A strong mix of leadership and technical work suited to someone ready to step up or already operating in a leading role.

Experience: WA A Grade Electrician with solid experience in switchboard manufacturing. Confident reading drawings wiring fit-off testing and fault finding. Previous experience leading teams or coordinating workflow in a workshop environment is highly regarded.

Benefits: Around $60/hr casual with a pathway to permanent. Stable Perth-based role with consistent hours.
