Job Summary

Sales Coordinator

$24/hour Benefits Toll Reimbursement

We are looking for an organized and proactiveSales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional client service. This role includes coordinating meetings and events preparing proposals and contracts and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented customer-focused and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Catering Managers and Directors allowing them to focus on closing business
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform daily office tasks including word processing typing emailing data entry filing faxing copying and mail processing
  • Assist with coordinating events and handling guest service requests
  • Support special projects and additional assignments as needed
  • Utilize sales systems such as Delphi; experience with PEP is a plus

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have

  • A high school diploma a GED or one year of hotel experience
  • Experience is not required

Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications

What Youll Need to Succeed

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
  • Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
  • A warm professional demeanor that reflects HVMGs Culture of Excellence

This position may require a varied schedule including evenings nights weekends and holidays. Please share your scheduling needs.
