Make An Impact:The Senior Communications and Engagement Specialist plays a key role in shaping and delivering engaging communications that connect Fossil Groups vision strategy culture and business priorities with its employees and stakeholders. This role partners closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to develop creative communication strategies produce compelling content and support enterprise events that strengthen employee engagement and ideal candidate is an editorial thinker strategic storyteller proactive collaborator and skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate complex information into clear engaging messaging across multiple role is a hybrid position requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
