Glenlyon Norfolk School (GNS) is an independent JK to Grade 12 International Baccalaureate and Round Square day and boarding school located on two campuses in Victoria BC Canada. At GNS we provide an exceptional educational experience for students from age three to Grade 12 emphasizing robust academics healthy social and emotional development and inquiry-based student-centred learning within a supportive community. What Youll Bring

You will hold a valid BC teaching certificate and bring demonstrated experience teaching Science at the middle and/or senior school level which will comprise the majority of your teaching assignment (approximately 80%). Experience teaching Design Computer Science or related subjects is also important as this role includes a smaller Design-focused component (approximately 20%). IB training and MYP experience are preferred but not required. You will have a strong grounding in inquiry-based and project-based learning a passion for innovation and creativity in education and a reflective practice with a commitment to continuous professional growth. A demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and a commitment to educating the whole student are essential.

This position calls for an educator who thrives on the dynamic intersection of digital technologies innovation and collaborative teaching practices contributing to a rich and engaging learning environment for students across various grade levels.
