Visual Merchandising and Store Planning Specialist

Job Summary
- Create implement and maintain general and tailored planograms for stores in alignment with company standards
- Assist in strategy design and execution of in-store displays layouts and product presentations to maximize sales and brand impact
- Support teams to launch company initiatives and programs
- Help set and maintain Brand Merchandising Standards
- Create and update Merchandising drawings utilizing IWD and CAD software
- Assist in fixture ordering for remodels and merchandising initiatives
- Design and create drawings for tile idea boards to be displayed in showrooms
- Support merchandising projects through all phases from planning and design development to execution and completion
- Assist with in-store merchandising execution including fixture selection vendor collaboration and fixture placement to maintain merchandising standards
- Help design and develop merchandising fixtures and meet with vendors to produce
- Maintain and resolve store merchandising maintenance tickets in Ivanti from initiation through completion or transition to another Team coordinating as needed to ensure resolution
- Meet with Store Managers to coach on brand standards showroom upkeep and ongoing merchandising maintenance
- Assist in research evaluation and support for the implementation or replacement of software and systems in design and merchandising
- Assist in creating and communicating merchandising and company initiatives to stores through Zipline task program
- Support merchandising programs and initiatives to ensure accuracy consistency and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on creation of graphics and marketing displayed in stores
- Travel to store locations as needed to support execution and ensure standards are met
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Degree in Retail Merchandising/Marketing (preferred not required)
- 1- 3 years of retail merchandising or related experience with a customer-first mindset
- Kitchen & Bath or Retail Store Design experience preferred
- Creative and innovative individual
- Experience or familiarity with planogramming or space planning tools (IWD or similar preferred)
- Experience with CAD or design tools is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication presentation organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability; ability to manage multiple projects prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Interpersonal skills with a positive professional demeanor
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Hybrid work: 3-4 days in office
- Valid drivers license required
