Senior Process Engineer

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical / Process Engineering.
• Strong handson experience in Bioenergy / Biogas / CBG projects (Preferred).
• Prior project experience with or for RIL / Adani Group (Preferred).
• Proven exposure to Feasibility Conceptual Design and FEED phases.
• The candidate must possess 12 to 20 years of progressive professional experience.
• Knowledge of clean fuel value chain gas upgrading compression and utilization.
• Experience working with EPC contractors licensors and technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of process safety and Indian/international engineering codes.

The Role

As a Senior Process Engineer with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• The Senior Process Engineer Bioenergy will be responsible for process engineering delivery and technical assurance for largescale biogas and compressed biogas (CBG) projects supporting feasibility concept FEED and execution stages.
• Lead feasibility studies technoeconomic evaluations and concept development for biogas/CBG projects.
• Develop and review Conceptual Design and FEED deliverables (Design Basis PFDs P&IDs MEBs).
• Perform process simulations equipment sizing hydraulics PSV and KO vessel sizing.
• Prepare and review process datasheets RFQs and TQs; support technical bid evaluations.
• Review vendor and EPC deliverables for compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
• Participate in HAZID / HAZOP / safety reviews as Process SME.
• Conduct site visits and brownfield integration studies supporting execution readiness.
• Prepare technical reports and management presentations for decision making.
