Job Summary

POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Senior Director Strategic Marketing National Platform is a senior marketing leader responsible for elevating and scaling Streams national marketing platform across multiple markets. 

Operating as a strategic leader and platform architect this role defines how marketing is conceived organized and deliveredensuring that Streams marketing platform (tools workflows content and brand) is consistently and effectively deployed across all assigned markets. 

This leader acts as a strategic advisor platform orchestrator and conductor of AI-enabled workflowsenabling local teams to operate with greater efficiency consistency and strategic impact. 

This role focuses exclusively on scaling the platform across multiple markets ensuring consistency driving adoption of tools and workflows and elevating performance across the portfolio. 

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer this role partners closely with market leaders brokers and national platform teams to translate business priorities into scalable marketing strategies that drive measurable impact across the enterprise. This role will also support 6 of Streams major markets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Leadership & Strategy 

  • Oversee marketing strategy and performance across multiple markets.  
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to market leaders and brokers aligning marketing efforts to revenue goals business priorities and client development strategies.  
  • Identify growth opportunities and position marketing as a driver of business development pursuits and client engagement across all assigned markets. 

Platform Orchestration & Multi-Market Scale 

  • Extend and operationalize the national marketing platform across all assigned markets.  
  • Ensure consistent adoption of tools workflows and standards across markets.  
  • Act as the primary connector between local markets and national platform teams (Brand Content PR Operations Data).  
  • Drive efficiency by shifting work from custom one-off execution to scalable repeatable systems. 

AI & Workflow Leadership 

  • Lead adoption and integration of AI and workflow automation across assigned markets. 
  • Redesign marketing workflows to reduce manual production and increase strategic capacity.  
  • Enable local teams to operate as conductors of systems not just executors of tasks.  
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to continuously improve tools processes and performance. 

Business Development Pursuits & Sales Enablement 

  • Partner with brokers and business line leaders to drive business development strategy and pipeline growth. 
  • Lead and elevate pursuit strategy including positioning storytelling and competitive differentiation for high-value pitches and proposals.  
  • Ensure consistent high-quality execution of pitch materials presentations and client-facing deliverables.  
  • Drive adoption and effective use of sales enablement tools (e.g. CRM LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and related platforms) to support prospecting and client engagement.  
  • Align marketing efforts with deal origination client targeting and revenue generation workflows.  
  • Identify opportunities to integrate data insights and intent signals into business development strategies.  

Property Marketing & Positioning 

  • Oversee go-to-market strategy for property marketing initiatives across assigned markets including leasing asset positioning and campaign execution.  
  • Ensure all property marketing deliverables reflect strong asset positioning storytelling and brand alignment.  
  • Partner with leasing and asset teams to develop differentiated positioning strategies that align with market conditions target audiences and ownership objectives.  
  • Leverage data insights and platform tools to elevate the quality consistency and performance of property marketing efforts across markets.  
  • Champion compelling asset-level and market-level messaging that clearly communicates value drives engagement and supports leasing velocity. 

Team Leadership & Capability Building 

  • Coach and develop local marketing teams elevating strategic thinking capability and execution quality. 
  • Ensure teams are effectively leveraging platform resources and not duplicating efforts across markets. 
  • Oversee public relations efforts and earned media strategies in collaboration with the national PR team and third-party agencies. 
  • Support the development and execution of market events industry conferences and networking opportunities to deepen client relationships. 
  • Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement across all assigned markets. 

Performance & Business Impact 

  • Establish KPIs aligned to revenue support efficiency and platform adoption; regularly monitor campaign performance and provide insights to drive optimization and ROI. 
  • Monitor performance across markets and adjust strategies to improve outcomes and drive measurable impact in lead generation broker productivity speed to market and marketing ROI. 
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies and recommend improvements that keep Stream on the leading edge of commercial real estate marketing innovation. 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; a masters degree is a plus. 
  • 1215 years of marketing experience preferably within commercial real estate or a related industry. 
  • Demonstrated experience leading marketing across multiple markets regions or business units. 
  • Proven ability to drive both strategy and execution within a complex matrixed organization. 
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles strategies and tactics with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems marketing automation platforms and digital marketing tools. 
  • Exposure to AI tools and workflow automation strongly preferred. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a geographically distributed team. 
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing approaches at scale. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
