Job Summary
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Selling Avery Dennisons industrial adhesive tape products in industrial sectors to Automotive industry managing customers and distributors to achieve sales targets.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Execute sales strategies targeting respective industry customers.
Be responsible for achieving sales targets including ensuring customer profitability and taking corrective actions for deviations.
Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Handle customer quality complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Closely monitor competitor activities and responses.
Manage existing channels and develop new sales channels.
Work closely with the local credit control team to assess customer receivables and take corrective actions.
Strictly follow Avery Dennisons code of conduct on fair trade and business ethics guidelines.
Qualifications :
Over 6 years of sales experience managing key accounts or channels within the automotive sectors.
Rich experience in managing OEMs/Tiers including product launch activities.
Demonstrate a proven track record of significantly increasing sales performance.
Work in accordance with the principles of valuing values and integrity.
Be familiar with market and application conditions.
Be adaptable to frequent travel.
