Lead Architect

The Lead Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design and coordination for large-scale Metro Rail and Airport infrastructure projects. The role involves concept development detailed design authority approvals stakeholder coordination and team leadership to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for Metro stations depots airport terminals concourses and allied infrastructure.

• Develop concept schematic and detailed design drawings.

• Coordinate with structural MEP BIM and civil teams to ensure integrated design solutions.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes airport/metro authority standards fire norms and sustainability guidelines.

• Manage design documentation BOQs specifications and tender drawings.

• Attend client meetings and presentations; address design comments and revisions.

• Liaise with consultants contractors and government authorities for approvals.

• Review shop drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.

• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

  Technical Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Metro and Airport design standards.

• Experience in transit-oriented development and public infrastructure projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit BIM tools SketchUp and MS Office.

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards.

• Familiarity with NBC fire safety norms and international aviation standards (where applicable).

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture.

• Registered Architect (preferred).

• Experience in reputed infrastructure or design consultancy firms.
