Job Summary
Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid
Seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages experience in a client-facing role and the ability to manage new and renewal business. This is a hybrid position offering a mix of remote and in-office work and an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the agencys success.
- Salary Range: $70000 - $90000 (commensurate with skills and experience)
- Work Schedule: Hybrid remote working arrangement

- Manage and service commercial lines insurance coverages in a brokerage/agency setting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
- Handle new and renewal business processes efficiently.
- Prepare and complete certificates proposals policy summaries and reviews.
- Review insurance contracts for accuracy and ensure compliance with client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support agency revenue growth.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to address issues such as cancellations claims renewal challenges audits receivables and carrier-related matters.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Commercial Lines Accounts.
- Active state Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High school diploma is required; a bachelors degree is preferred but not mandatory.
