Salesforce Principal Enterprise Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Principal Enterprise Architect to lead large-scale digital transformation programs for public sector clients in Melbourne. This strategic role focuses on designing and delivering scalable secure and compliant Salesforce solutions aligned with complex government requirements.

You will play a key role in bridging business vision with technical execution leveraging Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and AI-driven CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise architecture and solution design for Salesforce Public Sector implementations
• Define end-to-end architecture across Salesforce Clouds and industry solutions
• Design and implement Public Sector Solutions (licensing inspections social programs)
• Ensure alignment with security compliance and governance standards
• Drive AI-enabled CRM and data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape technology strategy and roadmaps
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure best practices across delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15 years of IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture expertise
• Proven experience in Public Sector / Government projects
• Expertise across Salesforce Clouds (Sales Service Experience Industry)
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns APIs and data architecture
• Experience working in regulated environments with compliance requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce AI / Analytics capabilities
• Exposure to MuleSoft or other integration platforms
• Knowledge of data governance and security frameworks
• Salesforce certifications (CTA / Architect track preferred)
