Job Summary
Role overview
You will be responsible for the technical evolution of the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on ITSM. Besides delivering configuration work you will support and coach internal team members and act as the technical counterpart for external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Perform analysis and implement ServiceNow configurations (small to medium changes)
- Support and coach internal team members in ServiceNow technical capabilities
- Coordinate and challenge external ServiceNow vendors
- Define test scenarios execute testing and follow up on deployments until go-live
- Optimize ITSM processes (request flows service catalog CMDB SLA setup CSDM)
- Support integrations (API IntegrationHub Flow Designer)
- Improve knowledge management and self-service adoption
- Set up and enhance reporting and dashboards
- Support HRSD and CSM initiatives when needed
Required experience
- 8 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in technical roles
- Strong expertise in ITSM and out-of-the-box ServiceNow processes
- Solid configuration skills (Flow Designer Business Rules UI Policies Scripts Catalog Items CMDB SLA)
- Experience with API integrations and IntegrationHub
- Knowledge of security concepts (ACLs roles)
- ITIL v3/v4 certification
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification is a plus
- Strong documentation skills
