About the Role
As Rental Director you will lead a multi-site hospitality operation overseeing team performance client relationships and the full booking lifecycle. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong operational ownership the ability to build and develop teams and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences at scale.
You will serve as the driving force behind operational success across locationsensuring revenue goals client satisfaction and team performance are consistently achieved. This role is ideal for a steady solutions-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced high-touch environments and is comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multi-location rental programs including retreats events outdoor education and weddings
- Own full operational performance including revenue client satisfaction and team success
- Manage coach and develop team leaders across multiple sites
- Serve as the escalation point for high-level client concerns and operational challenges
- Drive systems processes and scalable growth strategies across locations
- Oversee the full booking lifecycle from inquiry through execution and follow-up
- Ensure consistent high-quality guest experiences across all sites
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operations logistics and service delivery
- Maintain visibility across locations and provide hands-on leadership as needed
Requirements
- 710 years of relevant experience preferred (3 years minimum considered)
- Background in hospitality retreat management hotel conference centers or university environments
- Proven leadership experience in complex client-facing operations
- Strong team leadership and operational oversight capabilities
- Calm solution-oriented mindset under pressure
- Clear communicator with strong follow-through
- Experience with CRM systems and operational workflows
- Comfortable working in a hands-on multi-site leadership role
