We are partnering with a high-performance manufacturing organization seeking a skilled Panelboard Assembler to support the build of complex electrical systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in precision assembly wiring and fabrication work.

What Youll Do:

You will be responsible for end-to-end assembly of electrical panelboard systems including:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints wiring diagrams and schematics
• Assembling and wiring:
  • Switch racks junction boxes electrical devices
  • Conduit systems (cutting threading installing)
• Pulling cutting stripping labeling and connecting wiring per spec
• Performing metal fabrication tasks (drilling tapping grinding etc.)
• Using hand pneumatic and power tools to build and modify components
• Testing electrical/mechanical functionality using gauges and test equipment
• Supporting final inspection with Quality and customers
• Building crates/skids and assisting with material handling (crane/fork truck)
• Maintaining safety cleanliness and TPM (continuous improvement) practices

What You Bring:

Required:

• At least 1 year of panel wiring experience
• At least 6 months of metal fabrication experience
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Preferred:

• 1 additional years of electrical assembly or fabrication experience
• Experience working in industrial or production environments

Location Requirements:

• Must be located within 50 miles of Syracuse NY
• No relocation or sponsorship available
