You bring 5 years of experience in office management or administrative operations (finance legal fiduciary corporate). You are confident with budgets invoicing and suppliers and you work in a structured servicedriven and reliable manner. Strong organisational skills calm execution and fluency in German and English are required; Russian is an advantage
Responsibilities: Office operations materials and supplier coordination budget tracking invoicing and expense management meeting preparation and guest reception Onboarding/offboarding logistics CRM updates and document management agenda coordination and travel planning
Package: Fulltime onsite in Lucerne (modern lakefront office)
Annual salary: CHF depending on experience
