Job Summary

Position: Brand & Campaign Marketing Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh

Mission Overview

You will take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns driving market demand through competitive pricing strategies while maintaining strong brand identity. This is a leadership role with autonomy and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute annual campaign roadmap adapting competitive pricing strategies and turning them into compelling marketing stories.
  • Lead the full campaign lifecycle: consumer insights segmentation execution and agency management.
  • Manage budgets with ROI focus using data-driven insights to enhance personalization and effectiveness.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team collaborate cross-functionally and ensure team well-being and development.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry with proven leadership in campaign management.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Strong skills in campaign management brand management market research budgeting ROI analysis and agency management.
  • Strategic thinking adaptability collaboration and high emotional intelligence.
  • Track record of executing high-impact price-competitive campaigns.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
