Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Campaign & Pricing Leadership
- Define and lead the annual campaign roadmap aligned with business and commercial objectives
- Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies to create strong reasons to buy
- Translate price positioning into impactful marketing narratives while protecting brand identity
- Monitor market trends competitors and consumer behavior to maintain competitive advantage
2. End-to-End Execution & ROI Ownership
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: from consumer insights segmentation execution performance tracking
- Manage campaign budgets with an owner mindset optimizing ROI and incremental revenue
- Leverage data and analytics to drive personalization and campaign effectiveness
- Manage agencies and external partners to ensure high-quality execution
3. Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Foster a culture of ownership accountability and continuous improvement
- Act as a project owner working closely with Sales Product and Analytics teams
- Ensure team well-being and career development aligned with company values
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong leadership experience in team building coaching and talent development
- Proven expertise in campaign management (mandatory) with exposure to brand marketing and market research
- Strong business acumen in budgeting ROI analysis and retail operations
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional projects
- Proven track record in delivering high-impact campaigns driven by pricing and value strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail industry (mandatory) especially omni-channel (online offline)
- Background from global sports or retail brands (e.g. Adidas Nike) is a plus
- Experience in process optimization and operational efficiency improvement
- Strong adaptability to digital transformation and technology adoption
Soft Skills
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical mindset
- High level of influence collaboration and emotional intelligence
- Strong decision-making and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience
- Minimum 3 years in retail marketing (campaign-focused)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business or related fields
- Proven leadership experience in campaign or marketing roles
