Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
Business Support:
Review and supervise all orders pertaining to the Division to ensure fulfilment of customer requirements
Provide and support on pricing requests and timeouts maintenance of quarterly pricing
Provide Sales figure/statistics to Account Managers/ Commercial Director as determined
Support sales and marketing functions
Co-ordination and accurate control of all day-to-day aspects of the sales region
Issuing of Offers
SAP interface
Customer orders queries and complaints
Daily interaction with Supply Chain and CC teams
Customer Master Data maintenance
Follow up with customers on order fulfilment pricing and other queries where necessary
Sourcing and forwarding technical data to customers
Liaison with courier / shipping agents /clearing agents.
