About the Role (REMOTE)
Join our international Customer Service team in Braga where youll support French-speaking customers with care and professionalism.
This position offers a permanent contract a friendly work environment and the opportunity to work from home after the first month of on-site training.

Braga Portugal 1 month On-site training then Work From Home
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday
07:00 19:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Compensation:

880 per month 14 months
-
140 per month 12 months (performance/meal allowance or bonus)
Contract Type:
Permanent contract (includes 3-month trial period)
Language Requirement:

Native or C2-level French required (no accent)

Please note: For Braga-based positions only native-level or accent-free French speakers can be considered.
Your Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls emails and chat from French-speaking customers

Provide accurate information resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
