Job Summary

Shift: APAC

Responsibilities:

Identify and execute private equity funds secondary opportunities and co-investments.
Develop and optimize financial models and analytical tools.
Create investment memorandums and participate in committee discussions.
Analyze market opportunities using financial databases and generate reports.
Enhance research methods and tools.
Prepare and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree Holder required
At least 2 years of work experience in private equity or other private market asset classes or public equity
A proactive self-starter who thrives managing diverse and dynamic workloads
Possess advanced skills in financial analysis and modeling to drive insights
Demonstrate strong and effective business English communication abilities
Excel both independently and collaboratively with a passion for challenging norms and enhancing processes
Confidently engage and communicate across all organizational levels and functions
Detail-focused with a sharp logical and analytical mindset

Nice-to-have: Experience in private equity fund and co-investment diligence
