Business Analyst – CDDKYC 260413-BRE-001

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC) to help bridge the gap between business legislation and this role you will contribute to improving processes policies and supporting systems within a compliance-driven environment.

This position requires on-site presence 23 days per week in Arnhem so travel time should be taken into consideration.

Role Purpose

You will support the Management Team by translating business needs and regulatory requirements into practical implementable solutions. Acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams (eg IT and BI) you will help drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business needs requirements and stakeholder expectations
• Identify and propose process improvements within CDD/KYC operations
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of improvement initiatives with stakeholders
• Act as a sparring partner to the Management Team on strategic and operational topics
• Identify risks bottlenecks and areas requiring management decisions
• Contribute to policy procedure and workflow optimization
• Support digitalization and data-driven initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree (HBO/WO level or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (CDD Analyst experience alone is not sufficient)
• Experience with CDD/KYC processes
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations (eg WWFT WFT Sanctions regulations )
• Experience with automation projects and data/BI processes is a plus
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management advisory and communication skills
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across different levels
• Results-driven proactive and able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both required)
