Role Overview
In this role you will provide end-user technical support ensuring smooth operation of hardware software and IT systems. Youll play a key role in troubleshooting system maintenance and enhancing overall user experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware software and network-related issues
- Install and configure desktops laptops peripherals and applications
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems both remotely and onsite
- Perform routine system maintenance updates and backups
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents solutions and configurations
- Create and update knowledge base articles for common issues
- Deliver user training and guidance on systems and applications
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Manage system security settings and protect against cyber threats
Required Skills & Experience
- 46 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support roles
- Strong expertise in Desktop Management Infrastructure Services (IS)
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of system maintenance and IT security practices
- Excellent communication and user support skills
Location: Amsterdam Netherlands
