Role Overview In this role you will provide end-user technical support ensuring smooth operation of hardware software and IT systems. Youll play a key role in troubleshooting system maintenance and enhancing overall user experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware software and network-related issues
Install and configure desktops laptops peripherals and applications
Diagnose and resolve technical problems both remotely and onsite
Perform routine system maintenance updates and backups
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents solutions and configurations
Create and update knowledge base articles for common issues
Deliver user training and guidance on systems and applications
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical challenges
Manage system security settings and protect against cyber threats
Required Skills & Experience
46 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support roles
Strong expertise in Desktop Management Infrastructure Services (IS)
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of system maintenance and IT security practices
