Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to support identity and access management (IAM) transformation initiatives. This role will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring smooth coordination of application migrations to modern IAM platforms including Entra ID.
You will play a critical role in driving engagement gathering requirements and ensuring successful delivery of migration activities within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers Product Owners Application Owners and Engineers to plan and coordinate application migrations
- Conduct impact assessments for migrations to Entra ID and future IAM architecture
- Gather analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Initiate and manage communication with application owners regarding:
- Application discovery activities
- Migration to the new Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform
- DUAM decommissioning data requirements
- Coordinate completion of application discovery templates by:
- Following up with stakeholders
- Scheduling meetings to support data collection
- Providing guidance on required inputs
- Validate and identify correct application ownership especially where data accuracy is limited
- Engage with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with migration and transformation goals
- Create and maintain documentation including:
- Business requirements
- Use cases
- Process flows
- Migration materials
- Support risk assessments and define mitigation strategies
- Guide business users through change management training and communication
- Monitor and report on migration progress including identifying and escalating risks or blockers
Required Experience & Skills
Experience
- 68 years of experience in business analysis business development or IAM-related roles
- Experience working in enterprise IT transformation or migration programmes
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure IAM technologies including:
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Active Directory
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Identity Governance concepts
- Understanding of IAM migration processes and lifecycle management
