We are seeking a skilled CyberArk PAM Engineer (L3 Operations) to join our cybersecurity team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on Privileged Access Management (PAM) using CyberArk supporting enterprise-level environments with secure access system integrations and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support CyberArk PAM solutions in an L3 operations environment
Administer Core PAS components including:
Vault
CPM (Central Policy Manager)
PSM / PSMP
CP & CCP
Perform CyberArk component upgrades patching and maintenance
Handle Disaster Recovery (DR) activities including failover and failback
Execute onboarding of accounts across:
Windows
SSH/Unix
Databases
Web applications
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom connectors and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure access management practices
Support CyberArk AAM integrations and service account onboarding
Contribute to automation and API-based integrations (where applicable)
Required Skills & Experience
46 years of experience in Cyber Security / Identity & Access Management
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM
Strong expertise in:
CyberArk Core PAS (Vault CPM PSM PSMP CP CCP)
PAM onboarding and administration
DR failover and failback processes
Experience in CyberArk version upgrades and maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills in custom connectors and integrations
Certifications such as CyberArk Sentry or CDE preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CyberArk PTA (Privileged Threat Analytics)
Knowledge of HTML5-based access solutions
Hands-on experience with CyberArk AAM (Application Access Manager)
Exposure to API integration and automation
Familiarity with tools/technologies such as:
Apache Spark
Microsoft Identity & Access Management
Cyber Threat Intelligence
