Job Summary

Are you a German speaker currently living in Malta Ready to swap the generic office grind for the exciting world of Aviation

We are looking for Customer Support Agents to join our BPO team in Mosta specifically dedicated to one of the most recognized airline brands.

Youll be the voice of the skies helping passengers reach their destinations with ease.

No prior BPO or Airline experience We provide comprehensive paid training to make you a specialist in flight logistics and passenger support.

Your Daily Flight Plan:

Handle inbound inquiries from German-speaking passengers via phone chat and email.
Manage flight bookings re-routings and specialized travel requests.
Troubleshoot travel issues with the efficiency and precision the airline industry is known for.

What we are looking for:

Native or Fluent German Intermediate English.
Currently residing in Malta (EU Citizen or Malta Residence Card).
A passenger-first attitude and great communication skills.
