Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in French via phone email and chat
- Handle product service and order-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Meet KPIs and service quality standards
Candidate Profile
- French: Native level
- English: B2 or higher
- EU work permit required (no visa/sponsorship provided)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
Salary & Benefits
- 1045 gross/month x14 salaries
