Job Summary

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our Client a Karachi based company seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:

As a key leader within the Corporate Communications function you will be responsible for safeguarding and evolving the companys corporate brand. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between creative vision and operational execution ensuring a unified brand identity across all touchpoints while maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand Management & Evolution

  • Integrated Campaign Design: Lead the development and implementation of 360 integrated marketing plans. Ensure the corporate brand strategy is seamlessly executed across ATL (Above-the-Line) BTL (Below-the-Line) and digital ecosystems.
  • Brand Identity Stewardship: Act as the primary custodian of the brands essence. Continuously audit and enhance companys brand personality visual identity and positioning to ensure market relevance and emotional resonance with stakeholders.

2. Media Planning & Communication Strategy

  • Omnichannel Execution: Design effective brand communication frameworks. Oversee media budgeting channel selection (TV Radio Print OOH) and scheduling to ensure maximum reach and frequency.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor campaign KPIs to measure brand health sentiment and the effectiveness of media spend.

3. Agency & Creative Leadership

  • Workflow Management: Partner with creative and media agencies to translate strategic briefs into high-impact visual assets and copy.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputsfor campaigns events and corporate collateralalign with brand guidelines and are delivered with precision and speed.

4. Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate and manage the annual budget for advertising social media publications and collateral production. Focus on cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.
  • Project Governance: Orchestrate the brand planning calendar. Lead cross-functional teams to manage complex timelines ensuring all corporate deliverables are met on schedule.

5. Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Brand Activation: Conceptualize and execute high-profile corporate events and promotional activities designed to enhance brand visibility and foster community engagement.

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution preferably in Marketing Communications or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2 - 6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in developing strategy marketing plans and the execution of campaigns
  • Strong collaborator skilled at influencing with a track record of building cross-functional relationships negotiating with peers and creating alignment
  • Demonstrate a strategic mind from a business creative planning and targeting standpoint
  • Aptitude for making critical decisions under pressure and effective response to security incidents. Track record of managing and leading a diverse team
