Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding gates and arrival areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules delays and baggage - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or elderly passengers - Check boarding passes and travel documents to ensure they are valid - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and safe aircraft turnaround - Handle baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircraft - Perform security checks on passengers and their luggage - Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal and surrounding areas - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Knowledge of basic computer skills - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance.
