Manual Machinist Engine

All Lift Service Company is a premier full-service material handling dealership covering Northeast Ohio with sales service and parts for industrial equipment. We are seeking a skilled and motivatedManual Machinist to join our team.

This role is perfect for a technician who enjoys variety and hands-on precisionplease note this is a traditional Manual Machinist role not a CNC position. You wont just be pushing buttons; you will be responsible for the precision machining of critical components ensuring our customers equipment and operations stay up and running.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Machining: Perform high-accuracy tasks using a variety of manual equipment.

• Equipment Operation: Set up and operate manual machines including:

  • Bridgeport & Lathe

  • Boring Bars

  • Resurfacer

  • Cylinder and Connecting Rod Hone

  • Seat and Guide Machine

• Skill Development: Learn the business and expand your expertise through hands-on training.

• Shop Standards: Maintain a safe clean and highly organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience operating manual lathes mills or specialized engine machining equipment.

• Mindset: Eager to grow a career and become a long-term valued member of a team.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to work to tight tolerances with a right the first time approach.
