In this role you will be working as a Manual Machinist responsible for setting up and operating manual mills lathes and drill presses to machine parts from start to finish. You will work with a variety of materials and support custom projects ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
This position is a direct hire role that must be worked on-site (MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM).
Pay Range: $25 $30/hour (based on experience)
Requirements
- 35 years of manual machining experience
- Ability to set up and operate manual mills lathes and drill presses
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Ability to machine parts to tight tolerances
- Experience using precision measurement tools (micrometers calipers gauges)
- Strong knowledge of speeds feeds and tooling
- Problem-solving ability and quality-focused mindset
