SERVICE DESK MONITORING/ANALYST JUNIOR / MID-LEVEL (HYBRID LISBONPORTO OR FUNDÃO)

Your Mission

You will act as the first point of contact for ITincidents ensuring fast resolution high-quality support and excellentcustomer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support and resolve incidents at first contact whenever possible
  • Handle customer inquiries clarify issues and gather relevant information
  • Deliver guidance on standard services and service catalog offerings
  • Investigate diagnose and resolve incidents within SLA targets
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to identify root causes
  • Contribute to problem management and continuous improvement

Technical Skills

Must Have

  • 12 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Experience with ticketing systems

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of:
  • Windows Server (2012R2 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022)
  • SQL
  • Security concepts
  • Familiarity with:
  • DICOM HL7 IHE (healthcare integration standards)
  • Strong troubleshooting and system administration basics

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Proactive self-driven attitude
