Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: RSDs: 27 days with possibility of further being available. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Post Role: Sqn Second in Command

Responsibilities:

1. Support the scheduling of Sub-Unit tasks.
2. Coordinate and administer operational areas within the Sub-Unit.
3. Ensure that Sub-Unit readiness and capabilities are maintained including appropriate training of personnel.
4. Oversee Sub-Unit health wellbeing and welfare.
5. Manage the career development of Sub-Unit personnel providing career advice and opportunities for personal development.
6. Manage the training of Sub-Unit personnel.
