- Industry/ Organization Type: Energy Solutions
- Position Title: Document Controller Admin
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3500 Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain filing systems for documents such as drawings reports and transmittals etc.
- Track document versions ensure the correct version is used and archive documents properly
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents to the right team member
- Check documents for accuracy completeness and consistency and make necessary edits or updates
- Provide efficient document retrieval for various requests
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
- Provide help on document control procedures and systems to other employees
- Perform other duties as required by the Supervisor / H.O.D.

- Professional certificate or Diploma in Business / Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering document control
- Familiar with project management
- Proficient typing and editing skills Data organization skills
- Well versed in MS Office and MS Excel & Power Point
