Deputy Manager

Current Requirements:

We are looking for two Deputy Managers for our childrens homes in Stroud. One role will be based in a solo childrens home and the other in a two-bed home for females at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).

Who we are looking for

We are seeking two committed and experienced Deputy Managers to support and lead teams in Stroud. The first role is within a Solo Childrens Home while the second is for a two-bed home focused on female children at risk of CSE. You will lead the care and management of children aged 7-12 applying trauma-informed care approaches with an 80% focus on proactive care and 20% managerial responsibilities. Experience in trauma and attachment-based care is essential.
