Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President ET Lead!

The Enterprise Technology Lead is a senior leadership role within responsible for shaping governing and delivering enterprisewide technology capabilities that enable global business segments to operate with simplicity scale trust and measurable business value.
This role will lead a portfolio of enterprisewide platforms and capabilities including:
Master Data Management (MDM) & Data Governance
Intelligent Automation (RPA workflow agentic automation)
Enterprise AI platforms and use cases
Enterprise corporate applications such as:
oTravel & Expense platforms (e.g. Concur)
oEnterprise Planning tools (e.g. Anaplan)
The Enterprise Technology Lead operates at the intersection of business strategy data automation and enterprise platforms ensuring solutions are scalable compliant and aligned with Five Principles and longterm Digital Core roadmap.

Serve as a trusted technology advisor to senior business and functional leaders


Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute a multiyear Enterprise Technology strategy aligned to business objectives and MGS Digital Technologies priorities
Translate enterprise and functional needs into scalable capability roadmaps
Establish a clear operating model covering intake prioritization delivery governance and value realization
Partner closely with Enterprise Architecture Digital Core Cybersecurity Data and Business Product teams
Act as a senior escalation point for enterprise technology risks tradeoffs and investment decisions

2. Master Data Management (MDM) & Data Governance Leadership

Own and evolve the enterprise MDM vision focused on product and customer data excellence
Define and enforce:
oData ownership and stewardship models
oData standards policies and governance forums
Ensure high data quality consistency and compliance across domains (Customer Vendor Material Finance etc.)
Enable markets and business segments to leverage master data as a strategic asset
Drive adoption of modern data governance and data quality frameworks
Ensure strong alignment with Digital Core (SAP S/4HANA) and downstream consumers

3. Intelligent Automation & Process Optimization

Lead enterprisescale Intelligent Automation programs including:
oRobotic Process Automation (RPA)
oWorkflow orchestration
oAIdriven and agentic automation
Establish standards for:
oAutomation intake and prioritization
oReusability and code governance
oSecure and compliant automation
Identify highvalue automation opportunities across Finance Supply Chain HR Operations and corporate functions
Track and report measurable value outcomes including productivity gains cost savings risk reduction and experience improvements
Partner with business stakeholders to embed automation into daytoday operations

4. Enterprise AI Enablement

Provide leadership and strategic oversight for Enterprise AI platforms and capabilities
Drive responsible adoption of Enterprise AI technologies (e.g. Gemini Enterprise agentic AI)
Ensure AI solutions are:
oSecure and complaint
oEthically governed
oIntegrated with enterprise data and processes
Collaborate with AI CoEs Architecture Security and Legal to enforce standards and guardrails
Enable business teams to innovate safely at scale using AI capabilities

5. Enterprise Corporate Applications Oversight

Provide strategic and operational oversight of enterprise platforms including:
oTravel & Expense solutions (e.g. Concur)
oEnterprise Planning platforms (e.g. Anaplan)
Ensure platforms deliver:
oStandardization across markets
oHigh availability and performance
oStrong user experience
Own vendor and partner relationships including licensing roadmap alignment and service performance
Drive continuous improvement and platform modernization

6. Delivery Excellence Governance & Operations

Establish strong portfolio program and project governance
Ensure adherence to ITILbased operational practices and service management
Partner with MGS delivery organizations and external vendors to ensure highquality execution
Track delivery performance risks dependencies and outcomes
Promote continuous improvement through automation standardization and simplification

7. People Partner & Stakeholder Leadership

Build lead and mentor diverse global crossfunctional teams
Foster a culture of ownership accountability and continuous learning
Manage strategic partners and system integrators ensuring valuebased delivery
Engage senior stakeholders across business segments functions and regions
Communicate complex technology topics clearly to executive and nontechnical audiences

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in information technology Engineering Data Management or related field
(Masters degree preferred)
Experience across enterprise IT data or digital transformation roles
Senior leadership roles managing enterprisescale platforms or capabilities
Strong experience in one or more of the following:
oMaster Data Management and Data Governance
oEnterprise Automation (RPA workflow AIdriven automation)
oEnterprise AI platforms and governance
Proven ability to lead largescale multiyear transformation initiatives
Experience operating in complex global matrixed organizations
Strong delivery financial vendor and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills ability to apply expertise to drive complex technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues status reports and resolving impediments.
