The Open Home Foundation (OHF) is a Christian Community Response and has a vision that every child and young person has the opportunity to grow up in a secure loving family and receive a depth of care which will bless them throughout their lives.

The Open Home Foundation is seeking a part-time Foster Parent Recruiter to join our Whanganui Service Centre this position is 10 hours per week. The role is primarily work from home with a requirement to come into the office in Whanganui regularly to meet with the manager and team. Flexibility required with hours.

The successful person will have the following:

Excellent communication and networking skills
Marketing knowledge and skills and/or a relevant qualification
The ability to work alone and also as part of a team.
The ability to develop and outwork project plans.
To work weekends & evenings as required
An in-depth understanding of how the role recognizes the special relationship between Maori and Tauiwi and has a strong empathy with the organizations special character.
A full New Zealand drivers license is essential.
An alignment with the Open Home Foundations Christian Kaupapa.
