The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$85000 to $110000 a year at the time of posting. Final compensation will bedeterminedbyvarious factorssuch as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What you will do in this role:
Must have the ability to track &measuresKey Performance Indicators and Fault Data evaluate & analyze the data implement & direct improvement. Ability to create reports and communication materials to best report anddemonstratecontinuous improvement of maintenance and operations of material handling equipment to ourcustomer. Must have working experience with MS office products.
Identifypredictive maintenance repairs that aretomaintainsystem availability.
Assist the Resident Site Maintenance Manager with all the following responsibilities:
Ensure identification and accurate management of spare parts inventories applying Sprocket CMMS.
Ensure the facility is maintained clean and safe. Make sure all personnel follow safety rules set by Dematic and its Customers.
Provide daily on-site communication with 3PLswarehouse operators and management personnel.
Supervise and coordinate building maintenance services applying third party service providers where needed
Ensure a process is in place to handle emergency downs (unscheduled vs. scheduled). This shall include procedures to advise Management resource call-in plans problem blocking issue within Dematics organization etc.
Maintain an effective written technical escalation procedure and adhere to it. Additionally train the personnel and ensure compliancetothe Dematic escalation protocol.
Support expansionsprojectsand other changes as.Any work that is outside ofcurrentscope will be reviewed and mutually agreed upon and may require overtime oradditionalresources to meet the specific tasks.
What we are looking for:
Typically Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrates and applies broad knowledge of concepts practices and procedures for managed work group(s) and how it supports related operations.
Demonstrates understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction motivation performance management and disciplinary action.
Must have at least five years of successful experience ina directly relatedfield and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
Typically leads non-exempt administrative or technical employees and/orlower levelexempt employees.
