THE OPPORTUNITY

If youre looking for a role where your work has real impact this is it.

As an Agricultural Analyst at Pāmu youll help shape how we farm across New Zealand. Your insights will directly influence decisions - from farm-level performance through to planning and board-level thinking.

Working with data from across our national portfolio youll turn information into clear practical insights that support better decision-making youll partner with farm teams business managers and senior leaders to bring the numbers to life.

Youll be joining the Commercial & Optimisation team they are collaborative supportive and open to new ideas. Its a great environment to grow your capability build confidence and have your voice heard.

Theres also real variety in the role you might be analysing performance trends supporting a key project or contributing to a board report - giving you exposure to different parts of the business and how it all connects end to end.

Youll be based in our Taupō Pastoral office with flexible working some days at home some in the office and some on farm.

Pāmu Landcorp Farming Limited is a State-Owned Enterprise with over 110 farms across New Zealand. Our purpose is to lead the delivery of innovative and sustainable agriculture solutions for future generations.

ABOUT YOU

Youll enjoy this role if you like working with data but also want to connect with people and see the impact of your work. You might come from an agricultural commercial or analytical background with experience working with farm systems data or performance reporting.

This role will suit you if you:

  • Want to build your experience and confidence in analysis planning and business insight

  • Enjoy working across a range of people from farm teams to senior leaders

  • Like turning complex data sets into insights that that inform better on-farm and business decisions.

  • Are motivated by contributing to something bigger than just your own role

  • Have a current NZ drivers licence

  • Experience working with Power BI coding FarmIQ Farmax or similar platforms is a bonus but if not theres opportunity to learn.
