Take our guests on a journey through the enchanting world of the mountainsthe magical story that inspires our signature bar. To offer far more than simple service you must master this unique narrative and know our cocktail creations inside out. This expertise will allow you to immerse every guest in a mysterious captivating atmosphere and turn each moment into an unforgettable memory.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Service & Enthusiasm:
Take orders and serve drinks with a smile professionalism and charisma.
Experience Creator:
Use sales techniques to elevate the guest experience by sharing the fascinating stories behind each of our signature cocktails which change with every season.
Precision & Detail:
Keep tables clean and ensure the perfect presentation of equipment and setup.
Reliability:
Handle bills and payments smoothly and efficiently.
Passion for the Bar World:
Show genuine interest in the universe of bars spirits flavors and the emotions they can evoke.
Teamwork:
Collaborate closely with your colleagues and respond quickly to requests from your Talent Coach.

PROFILE
Super motivated: Your energy and enthusiasm are contagious.
Passionate about Brand W: You share our values of taste sound scene body and taking a stand.
Attention to Detail: You have meticulous attention to detail and love delivering a memorable customer experience.
Outgoing and sociable personality: You are cheerful a good listener helpful and available.
Fluency in languages: You are fluent in French and English.
Team spirit: You enjoy working as part of a daring international team.
Impeccable presentation: You represent the W brand image with elegance.
Education and experience: BAC PRO/CFC/BTS Catering or 2 years experience in a similar role.
Position to be filled for the Winter season : December 2026 to March 2027
