UCT is looking for a talented Dir Product Line Mgmt to join us in Tainan!

Job Summary:

The Director Product Line Management is responsible for UCT Services business in Asia. This person will lead a cross-functional team to define and implement the UCT service product marketing strategy. He/She will also work closely with local sales operations and engineering team to define and execute on the annual operating plan for the service business. Finally this person will serve as Asia service product marketing contact for service related issues.

Account Management Responsibilities:

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) roadmap for key customers
  • Understand customer high value problems
  • Help define market requirements of new service products
  • Maintain and track NPI pipeline time to 1^st revenue and high volume manufacturing rollout
  • Drive Technical Roadmap Meetings with customers

• Develop service penetration strategies for key customers
  • Identify top growth opportunities as well as top risk items and work with sales operations and engineering to create a plan to address them
  • Provide regular updates to team on status and timeline of top opportunities and risk items
  • Develop relationship with account team including sales engineering and operations
  • Develop relationship with customers
  • Customize ROI and value proposition of service products
  • Point of contact for service in the region

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Engineering or related degree
• MBA preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of semiconductor experience preferably in fab or OEM capital equipment companies and at least 8 years of product line management experience
• Experience developing and launching service products in the semiconductor capital equipment space
